What is Rajasthan Sampark?
Rajasthan Sampark is an innovative e-governance initiative that serves as a centralized grievance redressal platform. If you have an issue with any government department, this is where you file a complaint.
Filing a Complaint via SSO
The platform is fully integrated into the SSO ecosystem:
- Log in to your SSO ID.
- Click on the Raj Sampark app.
- Select "Lodge your Grievance".
- Fill in the details of your complaint, select the relevant department, and attach necessary evidence (photos/documents).
- Submit to receive a unique Grievance ID.
Tracking and Escalation
You can track the status of your complaint using the Grievance ID. The portal enforces strict timelines for departments to respond. If a grievance is not resolved satisfactorily, it can be escalated to higher authorities or brought up during the regular "Sampark Portal review meetings" held by district collectors.
