What is Rajasthan Sampark?

Rajasthan Sampark is an innovative e-governance initiative that serves as a centralized grievance redressal platform. If you have an issue with any government department, this is where you file a complaint.

Filing a Complaint via SSO

The platform is fully integrated into the SSO ecosystem:

  1. Log in to your SSO ID.
  2. Click on the Raj Sampark app.
  3. Select "Lodge your Grievance".
  4. Fill in the details of your complaint, select the relevant department, and attach necessary evidence (photos/documents).
  5. Submit to receive a unique Grievance ID.

Tracking and Escalation

You can track the status of your complaint using the Grievance ID. The portal enforces strict timelines for departments to respond. If a grievance is not resolved satisfactorily, it can be escalated to higher authorities or brought up during the regular "Sampark Portal review meetings" held by district collectors.
