Digital Land Records at Your Fingertips
The Revenue Department of Rajasthan has completed a massive phase of digitizing land records across the state in 2026. The updated Bhu Naksha portal now provides clearer, geo-referenced maps of agricultural and residential lands.
How to View Your Land Map
To access your Khasra map online, you don't need to visit the Patwari office. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the official portal: bhunaksha.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Select your District, Tehsil, RI, Halka, Village, and Sheet Number from the dropdown menus on the left side.
- The village map will render on the screen.
- Click on your specific plot/Khasra number on the map to view owner details.
- You can generate a PDF report (Nakal) of the map for informational purposes.
Benefits of Digitization
This initiative significantly reduces property disputes, increases transparency in land transactions, and makes it easier for farmers to apply for crop loans and insurance by simply providing digital proof of ownership.
