New Features Introduced

The latest updates include real-time tracking for several new welfare schemes and a more intuitive mobile interface. Key additions include:

• Real-time Scholarship Tracking: Students can now track the exact status of their scholarship disbursements down to the treasury level.
• Pensioner Dashboard: A dedicated dashboard for elderly citizens to verify their life certificate status and pension credits.
• Local Infrastructure Projects: Citizens can view details of ongoing road and infrastructure projects in their specific wards or villages, including budgets and contractors.

How to Use the Portal

Citizens do not need an SSO ID or registration to access the Jan Soochna Portal. Simply visit jansoochna.rajasthan.gov.in, select the relevant department, and enter basic details like Jan Aadhaar number or application ID to retrieve information.
